DIRECT PURCHASE
If you wish to sell mid-to-high-end handbags or small leather goods (belts, wallets, clutches), you can opt for a direct purchase with immediate payment, cashing in right away without delay.
To receive an appraisal, please send detailed photos of the items via email (info@myclosetmilano.com) or WhatsApp to 3392270337.
Once you accept our offer and agree on the quotation, we will proceed with collection: by appointment at our showroom in Milan (Viale Gian Galeazzo 31) or, if you are unable to deliver, by courier at our expense.
After verifying the authenticity and condition of the items, payment will be made immediately via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.
Direct purchase is an option evaluated at MyClosetMilano's discretion, based on the type of items proposed.
Mid-to-high-end brands: Gucci, YSL, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Dolce&Gabbana, Dior, Valentino, The Row, Loewe, Balenciaga, etc.
Brands such as Borbonese, Coccinelle, Furla, and Michael Kors are not accepted.
CONSIGNMENT
Alternatively, you can consign your items.
After an initial assessment via photos sent by email or WhatsApp, an indicative retail price will be proposed, which can be confirmed or modified once the item is physically received.
Once the quality control is passed and authenticity and condition are verified, the final quotation will be officially communicated via email.
The items are then entered and coded into our warehouse and distributed through various sales channels.
The commission applied at the time of sale is 30%. In some cases, for high-value items, a net quotation can be agreed upon: you can indicate your desired price, provided it is consistent with the second-hand market and sustainable in terms of margin.
Once the sale is finalized, you will be asked to fill out a private sale agreement (a document certifying the sale of a used personal item). After receiving the signed document, payment will be made via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.
If you cannot deliver the items to our office in Milan, we will arrange for courier pickup at our expense.
